Non-Disclosure Agreements

Where technical architecture documentation or other commercially sensitive materials are required for assessment, applicants may request that the assessment be conducted under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. NDA requests should be indicated in the application email. The Secretariat will provide standard NDA terms for review. Assessment does not commence until the NDA is executed.

Important Notice Submission of an accreditation application does not guarantee that accreditation will be granted. The Accreditation Committee's decision is final. GCAIS accreditation does not constitute legal compliance certification or regulatory approval. Organizations are responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance.
