Permitted Uses

  • Display on the accredited organization's own website during the accreditation period
  • Inclusion in marketing materials with contextual statement of what accreditation means
  • Reference in official communications identifying the organization as accredited
  • Linking to the organization's entry in the GCAIS directory

Not Permitted

  • Display before accreditation is formally awarded
  • Continued display after accreditation lapses or is revoked
  • Modification of badge artwork, colors, or text
  • Use implying government approval, regulatory clearance, or legal certification
  • Transfer of badge licence to another organization

Badge Licence Terms The GCAIS badge licence is granted to accredited organizations for display during the accreditation period only. The licence is non-transferable and expires automatically upon accreditation lapse, revocation, or failure to renew. Unauthorized display of GCAIS badges is prohibited. GCAIS reserves the right to revoke badge licences independently of accreditation status in cases of misuse or misrepresentation.
